This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we store and protect it, and your rights regarding that data. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

a) Information You Provide Directly

When you submit a booking inquiry or contact form on our website, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name
  • Service interest and preferred consultation time
  • Any goals or messages you include in your submission

b) Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain technical data including:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Browser type, version, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs
  • Device identifiers and session data

c) Client Business Data (Service Clients Only)

If you engage us as a client, we may be granted access to your advertising accounts (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads), CRM systems, website analytics, customer contact lists, and other marketing data necessary to perform our services. This data is used solely to execute and optimize your campaigns on your behalf and is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries — We use your contact details to follow up on discovery call requests and booking submissions.
  • To deliver services — Client data and ad account access are used exclusively to build, manage, and optimize your marketing campaigns.
  • To improve our website — Automatically collected data helps us understand how visitors interact with our site so we can improve performance and content.
  • To send service communications — We may contact you regarding your inquiry, service updates, or consultation confirmations. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
  • To comply with legal obligations — We may use or disclose data as required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Storage & Security

All inquiry form submissions are stored securely in our application database, which is hosted on infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL). We limit access to your data to authorized personnel only.

Client ad account credentials and access tokens are handled through official OAuth authorization flows provided by Meta and Google. We do not store passwords. Access is revocable by you at any time through your respective ad platform settings.

We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or as long as a client relationship is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

5. Third-Party Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Advertising platforms — When managing campaigns on your behalf, data may be processed by Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google under their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements.
  • Service providers — We use trusted third-party tools (e.g., email delivery, analytics, CRM) that process data solely on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it.
  • Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid court order, subpoena, or government request.
  • Business transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections.
